Returns Policy

Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.

If you are unhappy or have changed your mind about your print or original purchase please get in touch with Rosa directly by email on info@sketchout.net stating why you would like to return the piece.

You must notify Rosa within 30 days of receiving your item to request a refund/exchange.

Return shipping is covered by the purchaser unless the item was damaged.

The piece must be returned in perfect condition and sent back recorded delivery and a refund will be paid once it has been checked if agreed.
