Returns Policy

Returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.

If you are unhappy with or have changed your mind about your print or original painting please get in touch with Rosa directly by email on info@sketchout.net stating why you would like to return the piece.

Rosa says

“In the past I have either refunded, swapped or given a credit note whenever the piece has not been what the client expected. Return requests happen rarely so I can usually accommodate them.”

You must notify Rosa within 30 days of receiving your item to request a refund/exchange.

Return shipping is covered by the purchaser unless the item was damaged.

The piece must be returned in perfect condition and sent back recorded delivery and a refund will be paid once it has been checked if agreed.
